Those versatile training accessories can be worn on your wrists or ankles. Each bracelet is 1 lb (2 lb pair) with eight weighted ingots coated in a soft-touch TPE surface and comfortable hidden hook-and-loop closure. Tone and tighten in comfort with the easy to adjust Weight Bracelets.
